Sam Gerofsky has had an interest in homes and real estate from a young age when he attended numerous real estate showings with his parents. As something interesting and exciting, looking at new properties sparked his interest and curiosity.
Growing up in a family where the main business focus was on real estate (both residential and commercial) he has had the opportunity to learn about property by being naturally immersed in it.
More recently Sam has been involved in single family new home construction. He completed his Tarion (new home builder’s) license, and he is registered with a small local home builder. This experience and training taught him about new residential construction methods from a theoretical perspective and also gave him the practical understanding of how a new home is completed step by step. He is also interested in real estate as an investment.
Sam has a background in the social sciences, specifically Psychology and Sociology, having received a degree from Kings College at Western University. He is passionate about the arts including music (he plays the guitar and saxophone) as well as film and tv production. He holds a diploma from Fanshawe College in film and tv broadcasting and has worked on several movie sets as well as being part of video productions for a concrete construction specialist. He is a massive fan of cars, specifically high-performance cars.
Sam is looking forward to getting to know the unique needs of his clients and assisting them in finding a property that suits them and their specific criteria. Growing up in the London area, he is familiar with the local surroundings, geography and neighbourhoods.
He is excited to work with new people to find a property that speaks to them, whether it be a primary residence, secondary residence or investment property.
