As a former Registered Massage Therapist with 26 years of experience and the owner of Kimberley’s Massage Therapy & Wellness Spa in Dresden, Ontario, Kim brings a strong background in building relationships and managing successful businesses to her new role as a REALTOR®.
Kim’s connection to the homebuilding industry is deeply rooted. She is married to her high school sweetheart, a Custom Homebuilder with 27 years of experience and founder of Depencier Builders. Together, they have supported custom homebuilding projects, with Kim offering her expertise in interior design selections. Several of these projects have earned prestigious Awards of Distinction in Ontario, a testament to their shared dedication and talent. Kim and her husband also enjoy a close involvement with the Ontario Home Builders Association, with her husband recently serving as its President.
In 2020, Kim and her family built a cottage in Blue Mountain, where they’ve created cherished memories enjoying the 25-acre property through hiking and snowshoeing. Split between Chatham-Kent and Blue Mountain, Kim is uniquely positioned to serve clients in both regions, offering insights into diverse markets and lifestyles.
Kim and her husband are proud parents to two accomplished young adults: a daughter pursuing a career as an Audiologist and a son who is completing his junior hockey career in North Carolina while considering NCAA hockey and university scholarship opportunities. Their family also includes Kane, an adorable Morkie who loves morning walks.
