Nick Vergeer is a local realtor, who was born and raised on a family farm in rural Southwestern Ontario. These early roots played a significant role in his adult life as he spent 12 years employed in the corporate Agriculture industry before transitioning full time into Real Estate in 2022, both as a Realtor and Investor.

With over 8 years of personal real estate investment experience encompassing a wide variety of strategies, such as residential single-family buy and holds, multi-family investing, new construction, pre-construction, AirBnB, Private Lending, and most recently, land development, Nick is well positioned to work with both new and seasoned investors.
Outside the office, Nick dedicates a considerable amount of his free time at the local hockey rink alongside his wife and three boys. His deep passion for hockey and love of sports has been successfully passed down to the next generation, bringing him immense joy.
Nick primarily focuses on the London – Chatham Corridor area in his real estate endeavors. He specializes in working with real estate investors, offering his expertise and knowledge in the field.
Among the interesting facts about Nick, it is worth mentioning that he was the captain of his Varsity Hockey Team at Wilfrid Laurier University. Additionally, he possesses investment properties in St. Thomas, Windsor, and Rodney, Ontario, as well as a portfolio of properties in Michigan.
